There are three ways you can register for our seminar: 1) Paying by credit card through Google Checkout, 2) Sending a check potmarked by March 15, 2012 or 3) Paying at the door. If you wish to use a credit card you first choose the proper fee by using the "drop-down' menu below. Then click on "Google Checkout". After submitting your credit card number and email address, Google Checkout will send an emal to you with an "order number". Copy that order number and put it in the registration form below. Proceed to fill out the registration form below and then "submit".
If you wish to pay by check, fill in the registration form below, submit, and then send your check to:

If you wish to pay at the door you may submint the advance registration form below, but you will be charged $100.
