The Los Angeles County Optometric Society would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to be part of our exciting CE Event on Sunday March 29, 2020! Located at;

This event consists of 5 hours of quality Continuing Education with about an hour during the morning and afternoon for our attendees to visit your tables in our Sponsor/Vendor Exhibit area.

We have a very exciting line up of speakers and lectures planned for this event and we expect a large turn out! 

Attached is our Sponsorship Info Sheet and Sponsorship Agreement.  Please note that the signed agreement and payment is due by Friday March 20th, 2020

Please note that we have limited space. First EIGHT checks/payments received will have a confirmed booth. The checks received after the first EIGHT will be placed on a wait list. These will be returned if not taken off the wait list prior to the event. Please send in the contract, payment and confirm via email ASAP to ensure you have a spot at our event!

  1. Exhibit hall table 2 1/2 x 6 ft (not shared)

  2. Your company's name printed on the event’s program and mailer to all invitees of the event- mailed to over 1000 OD’s in the Los Angeles area (please confirm your desire to sponsor by Friday March 20th, 2020 to be included in mailer)

  3. Breakfast included for 2 sponsor attendees.

  4. Website advertising: An ad with your company logo and website link for 6 months on the LACOS website (www.lacos.net)

  5. Company logo and contact info in one LACOS newsletter - reaches over 400 OD’s in the Los Angeles area

Please bring your company’s banner to the CE event to hang from your exhibit table along with any other company marketing materials, business cards and products to be displayed at your table.  If an electrical outlet is needed or you require more space due to bringing large equipment, please inform us ASAP. Please bring your own extension cords.

  3. Raffle prizes are highly recommended so you can participate in this fun event.  All of the attendees will have to stop by your booth to get their card signed and participate in the raffle; thus we recommend you have 2 attendees to accommodate questions about your product and services and to have someone else available to sign the raffle cards.  Attendees can only participate in the raffle if their card is completely signed off by all of our sponsors. Suggested average cost of the raffle gift is approximately $50. This can include gift certificates from your company, ophthalmic equipment/supplies, gift cards (to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, etc), or any other gift you feel appropriate.  All raffle prizes are gratefully accepted and appreciated by the attendees during this fun contest!
